Egg Sandwich: Fried egg on your choice of bread with bacon, tomato jam, and spring mix. $10

Bread Pudding French Toast: Amelia's pullman loaf soaked in egg custard, baked, then sliced and skillet browned. Topped with fruit compote and dusted with confectioner's sugar. $10

Griddle Cakes: Traditional pancakes topped with whipped butter and served with maple syrup.

Biscuits Benedict:
Made from scratch biscuit topped with Smoking Goose shaved ham, poached eggs, and traditional hollandaise sauce. $12

Veggie Benedict: Biscuit topped with Seitan sausage, poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce. $12

Omelet feature: Three egg omelet filled with chef's select ingredients. Served with our made from scratch biscuit. $10

All of the above dishes are served with your choice of either roasted potatoes or fresh fruit.
